Hello Folks , Incredible stay at this lovely retreat Feb 4 to Feb 6th 2025 !! Even though this retreat was highly rated it exceeded my expectations in regards to the existing review ratings !! It has beautiful accommodations with a Spa like feel, high quality rooms and bedding, with exceptional design. The property is absolutely stunning with beautiful landscape vegetation and flowers everywhere, outdoor pool with swim up cocktail bar, fire pit area, nicely appointed lounging areas, and comfortable outdoor dining areas. The Breakfast and food is delicious and the whole retreat is sparkling clean ! The quality of service is well above average from this retreat, with outstanding Management ( Manny and staff ) they were attentive, polite, and super helpful in all aspects of their service, these folks go above and beyond to serve you ! My wife and I are fairly well travelled ..Canada, US, New Zealand, Australia, South America, Mexico, Cuba, Dominican, Ukraine, Thailand, Dubai, Africa .. Congratulations to Manny and staff for this lovely experience ! Jack & Lori Canada

Our stay at Karanga River Lodge was really great! Spacious room with a nice bathroom and shower. The pool was really nice and every day the staff put out chairs for us by the pool so that we could sunbathe ☺️ Breakfast was soo good - especially the fruits and fresh juice 😌 We had dinner there every night and the food was always delicious. Thank you!

The staff were amazing! Gerard in the restaurant made our stay. He was so kind and helpful and super nice to our 12 year old. Alagaroo, at front desk was super helpful and nice as well. This is a great place to stay before or after safari or hiking.

The Better Inn is truly The Best in Moshi! From the delightful ambiance to the fantastic service, I loved every moment of my stay. They turned my time in Moshi into an unforgettable adventure! I can’t wait to come back soon—I’ve really missed paddleboarding, especially since they have the coolest bikes for exploring. And let’s not forget the charming manager, Rosie, she made me feel right at home. She truly deserves all the flowers! Can’t recommend this place enough!"

Fantastic hotel, with really nice grounds. Big swimming pool and gym which were great to use. The staff were amazing, friendly and organised a fun day trip to Serval Wildlife. Queen did a fantastic job at dinner and lunch for me and I really enjoyed speaking with her. Thanks for a great stay !

Perfect place to stay after a trek up kilimanjaro lol amazing pool, clean rooms with hot shower, good WiFi but not in rooms. Delicious food and very friendly and helpful staff. I can't say much about the location as we didn't leave the hotel. We recieved welcome smoothie on arrival and they did laundry too. We needed a massage after the trek so they called someone in to the spa and it was just what we needed. They also do a daily dinner menu with 3 courses it was perfect and breakfast was also good.
