The housekeepers were great.
The housekeepers were great. This place does not need to be part of Booking.com. Horrible, all the reviews from 2021-to now are accurate. They are not in the process of improving anything. I booked for the price, thought because it was on Booking.com, it would be a little more pleasant. Might need to switch to a new booking company.

My husband fell in the handicapped shower which was walk in...
My husband fell in the handicapped shower which was walk in and very slippery. I reported it to the front desk. They stated they would call back but no one did so i reported it again as we left. I would like to have compensation if possible for the hurt that my husband endured.

The Reservation man was super friendly. And helpful very jolly that says alot for the hotel. And the beds very comfortable. The refrigerator needed to be defrosted. And no plate cover for outlet by sink otherwise I would have done 100. But good stay.

I am working on my vacation home in Bainbridge Georgia The location is about 12 miles away from hotel Great place great price can’t ask for more Maybe eggs on the breakfast buffet 😊
