A clean comfortable place to stay. Many pillows to arrange how we each liked and friendly staff answered the couple questions we had. Grubhub found our room easily and vending machine/restaurant/servo/bottleshop nearby in case we needed anything.

Our other hotel we booked fell below our standards. They had renovations and were randomly shutting off the water. We cancelled our reservation there and were immediately accommodated by embassy staff... specifically Suzzy. Suzzy hooked it up and got us adjoining room. She is an amazing brand ambassador.
