Through no fault of my own a double booking was made, and when trying to straighten it out, I was treated rudely and did not, in any way, warrant the hostile responses that I received. Friendly, helpful staff. Filled room request without a problem. Made room reservations for a future event, no problem, very helpful. Room was clean. I had formerly written about a $50 charge that I was charged on the night I checked in. The charge was NOT dropped the next morning. I was charged the extra $50 on my credit card. I called the hotel about this. The woman who answered my call took care of the issue quickly and professionally and, when I checked on my credit card statement, the charge was indeed dropped. Water pressure in the shower was great. I was able to open the windows to get fresh air, which is not common enough in hotels. And it felt safe to leave them open at night for a stretch.
