I liked that I got a text from Ivy, the virtual Concierge at the hotel letting me know they were expecting me and was there anything I might need that she could help me with. I wrote back asking if there were any Diet Dr. Peppers in the soda case or should I bring my own. She replied and said YES we have Diet Dr Pepper. I wrote back and said, "You are my new Best Friend then." I was surprised when I read her response,"THANK YOU DEAR BRYAN !!! Thanks, and safe travels!" I thought that was so nice of someone to say. When I arrived at the hotel, there were two women standing at the front desk, both wearing these lovely bright yellow uniforms, smiling as I walked up to the desk. One lady said Welccme to Comfort Inn are you checking in? I said I was but I wanted to talk to Ivy first. They both started to laugh, and finally she said, "You must be Gretchen." Then we were both laughing about the texts and I said I'd been on vacation and had stayed in 17 different hotels and not one of them had ever sent me a text like that and never had I felt like it was real. And whoever came up with the idea was a genius, and they said it was someone in the Corporate Headquarters. But we were talking, and the other woman was asking me about my vacation and where I had been and I told her and she asked me when my plane got in and I said, "I don't fly. I've been on a road trip." And she said, "You drove all this way by yourself?!" Well, between Ivy continuing to check people in, this other woman and I kept talking like old friends. You have two of the nicest employees, and certainly the best PR staff in any hotel I'd stayed in. I felt like we were old friends by the time I got the luggage out of my car, bought my Diet Dr Peppers and went upstairs. By the time I came downstairs the next morning and walked out the door for good, I felt like had two new friends.

The staff were willing to help with anything you needed. We were hoping our room would have stove and it didn't. However,the staff gave us a hot plate and extra pots and pans. It was so helpful. Everything was super clean which was nice when your traveling with little children

Nice hotel, convenient location, all restaurants and shopping in walking distance, the room was spacious and very clean. Two elevators, easy access to free parking, nice lounge-sitting area, pet friendly without any extra charges.

Jai at the front desk, Suzy in housekeeping and van driver Paul were all standouts! From my well-appointed room, comfortable chaise, outstanding gym (with exceptional Airex yoga mat) to the consistently delicious and varied signature Hampton Inn breakfast…my stay was a pleasure. (And there was Halloween candy to boot!)

I loved the breakfast it was excellent. I ate it everyday. I loved the pool. It was great too. The area was great the have a shuttle to take you within a 5 mile radius of the stores and stuff. I loved everything about that hotel.

Cleanliness of room and bedding was good. Overall stay was uncomfortable for my family with young children. No amenities which made it difficult, NO Fridge, NO Microwave, No coffee machine, we couldn't keep our few groceries cold. No microwave which meant kids couldn't have a late night snack . Table was broken so was useless. Toilet wasn't working properly, easily got clogged, the bathroom smelled horrible. No Pool!!

Just needed a place to stay so we could catch a flight the next day. Have tried other hotels near DFW and had to apologize to my wife for their quality. She wants me to get her a mattress like the one in our room now!

The traveling distance that I have to travel to get were i have to be it was the best and the places to eat breakfast and dinner everyday and every night the water parks and the shopping places like the shopping malls and lots of gas stations to choose from

EULESS THE LOCALS CALL IT "USELESS" No offense to Euless cuz I've lived there myself but it's no where you want to vacation it's an older ran downtown however it is close to the airport so if you need to do it overnighter it wouldn't be a bad choice cuz it's a little cheaper to stay there cuz it's kind of a smaller town for a positive it has a lot about diversity people from everywhere and all walks of life seem to migrate to Euless

The house was disgusting.

The house was disgusting. The booking stated 5 bedrooms but there were only 4 bedrooms. The property management was horrible when communicating our dissatisfaction. Please see the pictures I posted. It was so nasty. I don't want anybody to be fooled by this listing. It needs to be removed from booking. We paid for 5 bedrooms and only got 4 bedrooms. We had to share rooms. If I had known that, I wouldn't have booked it. The listing is falsely advertised on booking.com.

Clean room and comfortable bed. Overcharged by $40 even though I showed the price I was expected to pay in my confirmation email. Shuttle service is unreliable and not available after 10:00 pm but theyadvertise 24/7 shuttle. Rude treatment by front desk and shuttle driver. Overall, a very poor experience.

Clean, modern, spacious room. Hotel is 10-15 mins drive from the airport and located inside a retail park so a short walk to several restaurant options for dinner. Staff were welcoming. The hotel seemed very dog friendly.
