The staff at this hotel were fabulous! They went out of their way to provide any service requirements and as we were guests for 13 days, they were able to pre-empt any requests that we may have had eg. strawberry jam at breakfast. The room was comfortable with a lovely views across the surrounding areas. There is plenty of onsite free parking which was able to accommodate vehicles of all sizes.

Close to the airport, yet, not really within walking distance, need a taxi or Uber (which can take time to get, as Des Moines is somewhat rural). The hotel is modern, bright, and clean, and everything is functional. Staff friendly and professional. Spacious room with all the amenities.

The room was huge, everywhere was clean and the facilities were open all day til late. The staff were very helpful and went out of their way to assist at all times, nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast catered for all tastes and the member of staff was very friendly and meticulous with keeping every surface and machine spotless at all times. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

When I phoned the hotel to inquire about the shuttle service someone answered promptly and gave me good information. I had very good shuttle service to and from the airport and also to a nearby restaurant.
