Jensen is a super clean and quiet beach. There is public access and parking nearby which probably draws a larger amount of people. Beautiful area but we booked based on ocean view yet placed in back building which had limited view. Also too much noisy construction going on at the property and another business directly beside the unit to the north so much that you couldn’t be out on the balcony. I was pretty disappointed in the quality of the restaurants. The food was mediocre to just plain bad. The Hoffman was down rite awful and filthy. Even the glassware was dirty. Mulligan's was OK but not great. Their artichoke dip was really poor and I would not recommend it. It seems that the restaurants think they don't have to offer quality because the are by the water and that makes up for the lack luster dishes.
