We loved how close the location is to the apex event center and how clean it was! Very nice property and clean room! The breakfast is top notch too! I highly suggest staying here if you are traveling anywhere on the Southwest side of town!

Night clerk was very nice and respectful! Checking in was fast and easy! After being stuck almost 30 minutes in a thunderstorm and hail storm in Seminole Texas was nice to actually feel safe! Night clerk did tell me he canceled my reservation but fixed it! Reason my reservation was canceled was my own fault! 2 days prior I lost my purse with my Driver license and Debit card! So my Debit card was reported lost and canceled so payment didn't go through clerk did try to call me but was also my fault cause I changed my number and never updated my new number to bookit.com! Clerk did reinstate my reservation and took my expired driver license and valid passport and temporary debit card! I thanked him for making the transaction smoothly! The night clerk is exceptional and very professional of his job! I think if it would have been anyone else probably 🤔 would have gave me issues and probably would not have reinstated my reservation! I had the worse 4 days from loosing my purse having to go to bank canceling my bank card being stuck in a horrible storm going to lubbock to visit a family member battling cancer at Hospital! I want to thank yall on hiring a most generous and understanding gentleman 👏! Now on my room towels wert soft! Bed was comfortable and cozy!water was hot! Room was spacious and clean smelled nice and loved that my room was on first floor! Price for a good size room with king bed and couch and full kitchen was a plus! Great spot from being away from home felt just as good as being at home and for 3 people under 100 dollars is a plus too! All in all will recommend to others and will stay again! Thank yall again yall are great and the gentleman man at front desk much love for his outgoing service give that boy a raise!

We were just there overnight so the most important factor was did we sleep well. Yes, because the room was cool enough and the bed and bedding were very comfortable! Additionally, the room was clean, the breakfast was better than most other hotel breakfasts.

    I grew up near Lubbock and have a couple of doctors there, even though I live in San Angelo. I've always liked Lubbock and enjoy visiting friends and family there. I always eat at Taco Villa, and love PF Changs for special ocassions!

    The panhandle of Texas is flat, hot, windy, and not scenic...

    The panhandle of Texas is flat, hot, windy, and not scenic at all. But you must drive through it if you're going between Colorado and a funeral in San Antonio (which is probably the most horrible place to drive in the United States). Lubbock is OK, and it is really quite easy to get around and through -- much like Amarillo, but even easier.

    I lived in Lubbock years ago and I still love it. But I went there to get some personal work done so I didn’t get out much. I did enjoy listening to the rain and thunder. I accomplished all I went for and I especially liked that I felt safe. BUT the Staff always is what matters in my decision to go back. From beginning to end your front desk staff was amazing.     I love the hotel.

    I love the hotel. We had a great time there.We like it because it is close to everything. We can walk to visit our son who studies TTU. Several retsuars around. Wonderful service. I'm sure I'll come back more often.

    Weather in August was hot but not humid so extremely...

    Weather in August was hot but not humid so extremely pleasant hanging by the pool. Loved the access to the university and restaurants. More sites to see then we had time. Suprise to my family was Prairie Dog Town. Took in some downtown food places which were great. We were there before college started so I imagine there would be a buzz once things kicked off. Wish I was here for the "tossing tortilla" tradition, but I'll come back.

    Love the weather!

    Love the weather! Went downtown to eat Italian at this nice restaurant and then spent evening playing pool at Fast Eddie's with friends, which was nice. Lubbock is small compared to other cities so easy to get around.

    We did not eat breakfast. We went down for coffee and juice but the breakfast looked great. Our room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. I also liked that the pillows were not so big and bulky. I actually didnt wake with a sore neck like i usually do at Hotels. This was a quiet area as well when we stayed.

    Breakfast was good, the kids love the pancake machine. Overall this is a great hotel. I always stay here when I’m in town. The rooms are spacious. I always get a king suite or double bed suite. The ac worked amazing during those hot summer days. I love the staff.
