The breakfast at this hotel was terrible. Few choices, and not and these choices were not tasty at all. This was probably the worst breakfast buffet I experienced. And there was not fitness room. Beds are comfortable & breakfast is very good. Unpleasant odor in the room. Key cards don’t work, have to go to the front desk almost every time you want to get in the room. No light in refrigerator. we asked for non smoking the room reeked with smoke, when we confronted the desk clerk, he walked with us to the maids room and asked them to spray it with spray! which only made it worse. Then she left, we started to settle in. we went and got food and went to put our food in the fridge so we could get a shower and relax, we opened the fridge there was left over food in there that was molded. my husband wanted to leave but i convinced him to relax and get a shower and i would call them to get rid of it. there was no one in in the maids area so i took it out to the trash can. and went back in the room, we showered and settled down there was this odor coming from the head of bed.. so he investigated the issue. there was a undergarment there that was stinking.. he took his cane and scooped it up and tossed it outside in the trash. so while he was gone i sprayed the room with my perfume. this was the worst hotel we have ever stayed at. then when i went to check out the girl is like well call headquarters if we have a complaint!
