Staff were superb, especially Kim Paparo (the front office manager). She went out of her way to make us feel very special and all the staff we met were very friendly and considerate. The breakfast was way better than we’d been expecting and the guest laundry made life very easy for us.

The room was absolutely filthy!! Had to even ask for toilet paper. We didn't even dare to undress for bed. Slept on top of the bed in our clothes! The person at the front desk hardly talked to us. If there had been other hotel rooms at other hotels available we would have left!!

I suppose the location was nice and the rooms were okay. When the shower worked, it worked. Which is about all I can say about what I liked when staying at the Rocky River Inn. Can't say anymore. Seriously.
