Nestled perfectly within a 2-hour-and-30-minute drive from...

Nestled perfectly within a 2-hour-and-30-minute drive from north Brooklyn, North Branch offers an ideal location situated between the charming towns of Calicoon and Livingston Manor. Surrounding the inn, you'll discover an array of beautifully designed and inviting breweries, cideries, and wineries, each offering their own unique charm. What's more, I found the area to be incredibly kid-friendly, with spacious and accommodating venues abound. One highlight was the enchanting Alpaca farm, where for just $10, both children and adults alike can delight in spending a few hours amongst the animals, feeding and wandering around their serene habitat. The natural beauty of the surroundings is truly awe-inspiring, particularly during the summer and fall months when it reaches its peak splendor. Overall, our experience was incredibly relaxing, with hip spots offering delectable cuisine and locally crafted goods. I wholeheartedly recommend The Catskills as the perfect getaway from the hustle and bustle of New York City.
