The staff was awful.
The staff was awful. It took me 30 mins to check in and I gave the man a physical credit card to pay for my room however they charged a different credit card because "they automatically charge the card you have on file at 6pm, all hotels do this according to the woman I spoke to" and added a $3 airport fee that was not explained at the time of check in. Simply letting me know what was going on could have made this a completely different review. but I realize customer service is a lost art. Simply refunding my card and charging the correct card could have cleared this completely up. Even if you are just a budget hotel being hospitable cost nothing and goes a long way. Even though when you see Wyndham Gardens on the internet and they trick you into seeing that it's nice and they offer many amenities, they do not. THEY DONT EVEN HAVE A MANAGER OR SUPERVISOR SO YOU BETTER PRAY EVERYTHING IS PERFECT BECAUSE NO ONE ELSE THERE CAN HELP...AND SOME CANT EVEN SPEAK TO YOU OR UNDERSTAND YOU BECAUSE THEY DO NOT EVEN SPEAK OR UNDERSTAND ONE WORD OF ENGLISH...ALSO BREAKFAST YOU CANT TAKE NOT ONE ITEM BACK TO YOUR ROOM.OR YOU WILL BE CHARGED.
