The room was amazing we stayed in the king suite it was very spacious and the sitting area was a great touch. The bed was comfortable. Because of the room we were in there was no view of the river or balcony which was fine with us. The lady who checked us in and out was very polite.

Berry Springs Lodge is a little slice of heaven. The lodge is beautiful and the staff really do have that southern hospitality! The breakfast was delicious and we got the pleasure of meeting the owner on our final morning who is so sweet! We stayed in the Holly Springs Room on our second night and I would highly recommend as there is a hot tub on the balcony and a fire in the room. It is such a special place and I would visit again in a heartbeat!

This is 5 years in a row we have vacationed or partially vacationed in The Smokys. It has become a family tradition and looks like something the kids will share with their families when the time comes. So much to do, always. Even after all our times down there, we still find things we have yet to do. Or something’s that are so much fun we keep doing them Definitely recommend a dinner show. So many to choose from but well worth it.

    I like Sevierville.

I like Sevierville. I can't wait to come back and visit again. My children and I can't wait to go to Splashy Mountain, the Pirate dinner show, go back and visit the Smokey Mountains and take more pictures (It was too crowded), and do a couple more other amazing things, such as visit all the antique shops Serierville has to offer. There was so much to do and see and we couldn't fit it all in within 4 days and 3 nights. The only place I didn't really like was a place called Tigers mom. They do make great Boba drinks. The food however, not so great. It is overpriced, the food came out cool warm not fresh hot (spicy dumplings). They also forgot a couple of things on the sushi burrito. They do not offer exchanges if you don't like something and they don't remake your food even if it wasn't properly made. If paying with a credit card there is an additional 3% charge on top of the restaurant fee, state and local taxes.

Being on the outskirts of town and still having beautiful views was nice. I did not care much for the in town traffic although, I do understand with it being a high tourist area the traffic is just part of it.

Sevierville was a nice town, we didn’t go to see them. Our goal was to go to the Smoky Mountain National Park, to see Cade’s Cove, see elk and bear and the scenery! We were privileged to see a bear cub, several elk and deer and some of the most beautiful mountain ranges!

    Sevierville is really growing.

Sevierville is really growing. You will see a lot of resorts and houses being built through out the city. Also, alot of RV parks as well. It reminds me of a slow Orlando, Florida. I can see it picking up fast. It has changed tremedously from 10 years ago.

The lady at the reception desk was extremely kind and courteous. She upgraded my room and was very considerate of a traveler like me who had been driving for hours. She completed the check-in process quickly and handed me the key promptly. The clean rooms, quiet atmosphere, and room services exceeded my expectations. The location is fantastic, and everything you need is around you.

Overall, we were very pleased with our stay. The staff were very friendly. The rooms were very comfortable, updated, and clean. The breakfast was more than what you typically get at other hotels. The staff even made the beds and restocked the towels each day. The outside pool even had a small lazy river. It is very close to all of the local attractions in the area.
