From cleanliness, location, to the size of the room, everything was exceptional. Even though, it's not at downtown, it's perfectly located near a hub of factory outlets of big brands and there are so many cafes around the area, so finding food and shopping is absolutely sorted. There's a train station nearby, accessible on foot as well to get to downtown. Overall, we had an amazing time here.

Free shuttle to Harvard so I could attend an event there, and a bus stop across the street from the hotel for easy access coming back. The staff is very friendly. Little market in the lobby. Comfortable bed. The ability to use BOTH heat and air conditioning. I get cold easily at night, so the fact that I could use the heat in May was a huge bonus for me, and during the day I'd have it on AC. One of the best heating/vooling systems I've seen in a hotel

    My stay in Somerville wasn't bad.

    My stay in Somerville wasn't bad. The area I was staying, was right across from the Assembly Square Shopping area, which have a wide variety of stores to shop, restaurants to choose from, hotels, the orange line train stop is right there so you can get anywhere you want to go. It also has a nice scenic bike path along the water for you to enjoy. It's nice to walk or ride a bike around it. The casino is close you can even get to it from the bike path it takes you right to it. If you like going for walks or bike rides and nature this would be on my favs list. Then over by Assembly Shopping are, it's fairly new, there is a little bit of everything. Activities, sports, shopping, food, they have bowling and so many other fun things to keep you busy. It has everything you need for a good time.

    Hotel was just what was needed for this trip.

    Hotel was just what was needed for this trip. Lots of restaurants and shops just across the road, the only problem we had was the taxi from the airport. Driver didn't t seem to know where to go . We had to get directions his phone for him

    It was 170 metres from the Subway.

    It was 170 metres from the Subway. There were a range of shops and eateries, which because of the length of our stay we couldn't avail ourselves of. It is close enough to the city to make it a short shot to the major things you would like to do. The subway is very good and comprehensive enough for our needs. It was a friendly place which I would recommend to anyone.

    I didn't like this hotel, it was not set up for travellers, but more for the convenience of the hotel. No breakfast apart from pastries and coffee, no drinking water in the room (I could get it from gym fountain according to reception).

    Somerville has several squares where shops, restaurants, and...

    Somerville has several squares where shops, restaurants, and bars are concentrated. The larger squares have T stops (red or green), or there are lots of bus routes (or of course uber, but it can get really traffick-y with a decent amount of road work, bikes, and narrow streets). If you're looking to get off the beaten path, Somerville feels like it has fewer students than Cambridge and fewer tourists than Boston. Try Inman Square for cute little shops, or Union Square for views of Boston from Prospect Hill Park or bars with live local music most nights of the week. Places like Bow Market, Field & Vine, or Winterhill Brewing are kind of tucked away and really feel like you've discovered a gem. Somerville has lots of local breweries, and a lot of the liquor stores have great craft/local beer selections. Assembly Square is basically a mall, but has lots of parking and some good restaurants.

    I was visiting my daughter and her family who were just a five minute walk away, so it was perfect for me. There are several good eating places in the Davis Square area. It's a very walkable neighborhood and easy to get around.

    nice and clean hotel , spacious room with comfortable bed.There was also nice gesture from staff member at the front desk due to an incident happened Friday night and another incident on Saturday morning (sorry I forget the name - a young man wearing stripped blue/grey blazer on Saturday morning 29th November) .I was offered another room on the 5th floor and some deduction was made from the overall room rate per night for the rest of my stay (3 nights out of 4 )
