Loved this Hotel, large room with a second TV and a living room are that would be good for a family, Large comfy bed The breakfast was great every type of food also the managers reception was very friendly and a pleasure. All the staff was first class and helpful the public areas are first class. Location is good close to the motorways.

While checking in, the lady at the counter was very friendly. She explained where things were and we were able to find our room quickly.

A last minute reservation when our first hotel was unacceptable. The hotel was clean, staff accommodating and the facility was very comfortable. Pool and hot tub very welcoming after a long day’s drive.

Charming boutique hotel in downtown of Fort Collins, closed to CSU. Excellent staff, very friendly and helpful! Beautiful cozy rooms with sound machine playing chirping birds :-) I loved the free bikes, perfect for getting around town. I can’t wait to visit again!

    The hotel manager was very rude and I think racist.

    The hotel manager was very rude and I think racist. He told me to not give him an attitude - I think it was because I am white. Furthermore, he could not find the reservation we made with booking.com and said it was your fault and refused to look for another room for us. Finally , after about fifteen minutes, he miraculously found a room for us after shouting across the room that he would not help us until I chilled off. I did not have a bad attitude. We are Marriott Bonvoy members and I have reported this to them. We will not be using booking.com ever again. Last but not least, we were charged $225.12 two times on our credit card.
