Everything was super clean, the beds very large and comfortable with nice shelves to put you stuff while you sleep. The staff amazing. I was about to miss my bus because I was waiting on the wrong stop, they got me to the correct place with one of their bikes. I also rented an Honda , excellent. Highly recommended!

Everything was great. Hotel is new and everything is so perfectly clean. The staff was extraordinary. He was nice and helpful. We also used the laundry. Breakfast was vietnamese and good. They have prepared it for us earlier, because we had to grab a morning bus.

Ha Giang Yolo House's convenient location helps me easily explore famous attractions without spending much time traveling. The 3-day or 4-day Ha Giang Loop tour is very high quality, the drivers are always safe and friendly. Community support activities such as charity and free English classes are very appreciable. The staff were great , the manager whet above and beyond anything I have ever seen before with repeat phone calls and emails to insure us all was fine. They held our 5 big bags for free for 3 days. I Insisted that I payed for that service but she would not accept any payments, and she knew That I was only was staying for 1 night
