We loved the peacefulness of this bungalow. It was the perfect place to relax before and after the Loop. The hotel staff are attentive, they helped us with everything from organizing our bikes, providing local information to booking our bus back to Hanoi. They did quick laundry and we're also available to cook food. The facilities and pool were clean. We would definitely recommend it.

This is an amazing place, with nice rooms and views and the staff is super nice and welcoming! You can also get some great breakfast and dinner here! We did the Ha Giang loop and rented a scooter through them which was super nice because they were very helpful with choosing routes, what to see and with eventual problems on the trip because we could always write/call them and they would answer immediately.

This place has an amazing location at mountains bit on a side of Ha Giang town, so its a peacfull with beautifull surrounding! The host was so nice to us, upgrade our stay for free just cause there was a place in bungalow + the food was amazing!!!! if go back to Ha Giang we are definetly back !

The homestay is perfect to chill and healing. The price is too cheap. The host is friendly and help us anything we need. Thank him and the women in Lake House. We should be in here more than a week. The furniture is more expensive than 4 stars hotel.

I've been traveling alone in Asia for a few months and this is the place that I felt most like home. I had stayed at the hotel before my Loop and when I finished I was a little sick. I knew that Loop Central Stay was the ideal place to recover, because I felt really cared for by them the first time, comfortable and welcomed. I extended my stay to almost one week. I could say how wonderful the hotel and the rooms are (because they really are) but I think nothing sums it up better than saying that I leave Ha Giang feeling like I have a little family in Vietnam. Lucifer and his team welcome you and make your stay very pleasant, they are attentive, they solve any doubts you may have. You are wonderful! Thank you very much for taking such good care of me! New! Only opened just before Christmas, all the facilities and interior is still new. Understand there wasn't a lot of staff as it's still getting established. However, they made sure we had the best service possible.
