The location is very convenient, only 5 minutes drive from the airport. We had a spacious room and a large bathroom with hot water for showering. The manager was very helpful and kind. He provided a free shuttle to the airport in the morning. Overall, this was a great stay!

The owner, Tommy, really takes good care of you. I've never had this level of hospitality in Vietnam. The hotel is just an 8 minute drive from the airport. Skip talking to the taxi drivers at the airport because they will try and take advantage of you. Book this place and Tommy is more than helpful arranging transportation to and from the airport, even for early morning flights. This is coming from a foreigner who has lived in Vietnam for over a year.

We were surprised by the size of the room for such a cheap price. 2 double beds, easy chairs, TV, big bathroom, big window with view and 10 minutes walk from the airport. Looks like we will stay here again during our next visit in April

Was a transit stop for an early morning flight. It was fairly late in the even and we still found places that served good tasty food. The pods were easy to find. I would suggest booking beforehand rather than showing up and hoping there is space.

The hotel is very close to the airport, and the price is also reasonable. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Staff, please also get a taxi to the airport at a reasonable price. The room is very clean. Before checking in, I left my bag at the hotel, took a shower, changed my clothes, and had time to walk around Hanoi without any charges. I really like this hotel. If I go to Hanoi again, I will definitely choose this hotel.

Absolutely the most helpful hotel proprietor I've ever met. Darek went out of his way to ensure we had a brilliant visit, organised us transportation to Cát Bà Island, and recommended us a fantastic hotel there. We liked the hotel and Darek so much we booked it again prior to our departure from Hanoi. Also the hotel was brilliant value for money and very close to the airport terminal. Haap Transit Hotel is just 5 minutes by taxi from the airport. The host is lovely, very friendly and accommodating, they tried their best to make us feel welcome. The room was big, with a big bed, hot shower and they also served free breakfast. Highly recommended. Thank you very much.
