Everything about our stay with Palafita Bungalow was outstanding. The moment we arrived, we felt like home. The owner cared so much about us and organized everything for us (Tours, transfers, restaurants, etc). The property has a lot to offer - pool, terrace, garden, sunbeds and the view to the rice fields is simply stunning. We would definitely recommend everybody to stay here. While we were waiting for our bus, the owner texted me that I forgot my ear phones. She immediately drove over for 10km to bring them back to me and she refused to take any money.

Lovely team is very helpful with anything you might need to know, a lot of cute animals around, twice free yoga in a day. Unfortunately, we could not go trekking because it was raining. Would come back 100%.

As a remote worker, I craved both productivity and peace—Nguyen Shack delivered halfway. The serene environment and daily yoga were balm for my burnout, and the riverside hammocks became my office. However, the Wi-Fi was unreliable beyond the common area, making video calls stressful. The vegetarian meals were delicious, and the staff’s homemade ginger tea was a thoughtful touch. Rooms are basic (no AC), but the fan sufficed. Ideal for those unplugging, but tech-dependent travelers might struggle. Still, I left feeling refreshed, if slightly behind on emails!

Thang was really friendly and gave good recommendations. Also offered laundry service and motor bike rental for a fair price. Room was clean and had a nice view on the mountains.

An absolutely amazing place to stay. The bed is extremely comfortable, the room clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Restaurant onsite, lovely pool and scenic view.

Beautiful spot close to Phong Nha but very idyllic and quiet, just out of town. The views from the room, the restaurant were stunning. The staff was helpful and kind. And the free yoga offered during my stay was a great way to wake up in the morning. I’d say 10/10!

Tutu was amazing and so helpful. She was truly interested in our experience and even texted to ensure we made it to our text destination ok as we were going to an uncommon location. The food was good and great value overall.

Tutu was a Really amazing host, she helped us with everything from planning to booking bus tickets plus she spoke brilliant english. The food there was Also Really good. The place was peaceful and nice rooms.
