It was exemplaric service. And the resturant on the top is not something you should miss. It is serve the best food in cyprus. I iwll always Come back to this spesific hotel. They have shuttle bus to the beach. Clean gym, amazing breakfast ( and resturant) cosy garden, and super high quality room.

It was a great pleasure to stay again at Palm Beach Hotel. Excellent location just beside Varosha, it is easy to get a tour to Varosha just walking 500 m far from the Hotel. The beach front provides you excellent swimming and snorkeling possibilities, under water life is relatively rich at this part of the beach, my daughter and me were swimming with a big turtle, it was a lifetime experience for us! Breakfast is excellent too!

Wonderful location and beautiful room. Owner was extremely helpful and responsive to our last minute booking. Facilities were high and very comfortable to stay in. Breakfast was fantastic.. would recommend and will be staying there again.

    It's a very safe and friendly city.

    It's a very safe and friendly city. It is easy to get around and residents are even kind enough to offer you a ride in case you get lost and no taxis in sight. Despite the language barrier, most people at least try to speak English. The food variety is actually limited with most cafés offering fast food which is not a fave. Some organic food would be welcome, including green vegetables which are rare.

    Good bits were going to the wall city as it is known.it has a history which was interesting. The only one negative point was it was very hot and humid. Apart from the weather being a little hot it was an enjoyable outing. Just across the wall city there was a coffee shop that serves delicious cream cakes, sandwich, coffee, tea, wine and of course beers etc.

    famagusta is a really interesting place to visit because of...

    famagusta is a really interesting place to visit because of it's historical significance, the old (walled) town is being slowly restored and there are lovely places to eat and shop. the main town outside the city walls is bustling and has a variety of good shops, most things are somewhat cheaper than in Southern Cyprus, although have increased since our last visit

    We have always wanted to see FAMAGUSTA , The walled City.

    We have always wanted to see FAMAGUSTA , The walled City. It was Beautiful. Othello's Castle. Views over the Port, The Beautiful Churches. Even the statue of William Shakespeare was a delight to see. We just looked around the shops and views from the walled city and exploring the alleyways. Weather was perfect. We ate ALL Inclusive at our Hotel. We were only in Famagusta a short while. Very Lovely trip.

    Great place to visit and to spend AT LEAST one full day.

    Great place to visit and to spend AT LEAST one full day. It is an open air museum, with well maintained ruins everywhere and a magic light. I suggest to walk around and take pictures in the middle of walls and ancient churches, entering the mosque and admiring it outside in the late afternoon. Delicious patisserie Petek and local Fondaco bar are places to be to guarantee a relaxing and joyful stay

    we stayed for two nights.

    we stayed for two nights. For lunch and coffee and cake we visited Petak, even went back one evening for late night coffee with friends. We ate both nights in the Othello. Great food and reasonable prices. We were a party of 8 and everyone enjoyed their food. The staff were very friendly and efficient. I would recommend the chicken shish We found the larger Meze restaurants very expensive (34 euro per person without drink) so did not eat there.
