Everything was great, we really had a great time as a family and fully enjoyed the game drive, food from the restaurant was great and the room were proper including the bathroom

The kitchenette was well-equipped, allowing us to prepare meals with ease – though, truth be told, we spent most of our time cooking outside. The outdoor braai area was perfect.and the wood-fired hot tub was the cherry on top – perfect for unwinding under the stars with a glass of wine in hand. The best part? The wildlife. From the comfort of our deck, we watched ostriches strut by, zebras grazing in the distance, and waterbuck meandering through the bush. It was like having our own personal safari without ever leaving the tent. This is glamping at its finest – all the immersion of the wilderness with none of the roughing it. Highly recommend for anyone looking to reconnect with nature without sacrificing comfort.

The game reserve is well stocked with plains game, great birdlife and for horse lovers - there is an option for game viewing on horseback. There are well marked trails for walkers and the proprietor is one of the leading astronomy guides in South Africa - so do ask about these spectacular and informative astronomy shows when booking. Location superb, easy distance (300km) from Johannesburg. Situated in a private reserve with the most wonderful bush and trees. The reserve hosts (which included Manager Lorraine, Marinette and Clayton) went more than beyond the extra mile to ensure our needs were met and questions answered.
