Beautiful property! The place has been done very tastefully, it's a restored gold miners place and you can see the remains of the past. The place is well equipped with everything you'd require during your stay. The host, Gerda is so warm and welcoming. Made my stay even better.

Misty Mountain is located on the Long Tom Pass, between Sabie and Lydenburg on the Panorama Route and close to Kruger National Park. The lodge has a restaurant, pub and kid’s playground.

This place was phenomenal!!! The staff was friendly, the food from the restaurant for dinner was delicious. Breakfast was plentiful, rooms were clean and the view was incredible.

Very peaceful and lovely. River runs next to the property and there was an easy river walk. Also property has a waterfall hike (we did not hike it). Shawn and Logan are wonderful hosts and take good care of their guests, giving restaurant recommendations and cooking a yummy breakfast. Area has lots of waterfalls and is about an hour to Blyde Canyon activities. We would definitely stay here again should we find ourselves in the area.

Delightful place to stay, and a perfect point to spend the night en route from Oliver Tambo airport to Kruger national park. It's in a delightful spot, and the rooms are spacious and lovely. Excellent breakfast. We found great, quirky place to have dinner in nearby Sabie, so the whole experience was excellent. Good value. The following day we drove up the Panorama route with amazing falls to Kruger.

Karla is friendly, helpful and flexible. She went out of her way to meet our requests as well as supplying extra information on the area and even making suggestions of places to be visited. We thoroughly enjoyed her friendly dogs who were always willing to play another game. Her property along the river is scenic, picturesque and safe.
