My husband and I thoroughly loved the tranquility and scenery of the cottage we were staying in. The cottage was well maintained and clean..also to our delight, the DSTV subscription was for all channels, which was an entertainment bonus. We also enjoyed the fresh breakfast provided and turnover services in what we understood to be a self catering

The Waterside cottages are absolutely cosy, serene and tranquil, well situated on the calm banks of the Notwane river. A perfect getaway for nature lovers and anyone looking to have a blissful peace of mind. to reconnect with self.. I especially adored the harmonious melody of chirping birds. What an absolute bliss! 💙

Waterside cottages is undoubtedly the best self catering accommodation that we have ever stayed at, and we have stayed in many! We stayed in the Burchell cottage which was on the dam and had a private braai and seating area. We were left an incredible assortment of 'goodies' in the fridge - fresh fruit, yoghurt, milk which was an unexpected bonus.
