It was very clean and very tidy. Easy to find and easy to get in from where we parked our car. It is a great house. The living room is so spacious, kitchen is beautiful and a bonus of having a downstairs toilet. Great big front bedroom. Nice shower room. Outside views were beautiful too.

What an exceptional stay! The place was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and perfectly equipped for our trip. The 2.5 bathrooms were a huge plus for our group, and the kitchen had everything we needed – whether cooking in or ordering takeaways. The location was ideal, with shops and amenities close by, and the quiet neighborhood made it a relaxing retreat. We especially appreciated the reasonable checkout instructions – no excessive cleaning demands, just tidiness. It’s clear why so many guests return: this home offers great value, comfort, and peace of mind. We’d 100% stay again and highly recommend it to others!

Everything was perfect, with all amenities that would be needed available. Our little American family were besotted with this beautiful little cottage and enjoyed their stay. The surrounding countryside was beautiful and in the future we would consider this place first :)

    The house is very well equipped and comfortable. A great welcome pack, including wine as well as milk, coffee etc., is a really nice touch. Delph, although very small, had everything we needed including a good fish and chip shop ( a rarity where we live) and walks alongside the river and out into the countryside.

    Lovely little cottage in a beautiful spot. Easy parking on the road outside. Good kitchen and nice basket of provisions provided and some fresh milk in the fridge.

    Fantastic little cottage. Warm, cosy and beautifully equipped. Everything was well thought through and perfect for our trip to visit family. As it was December, there was even a beautifully decorated tree. The welcome hamper was a nice touch and ensured we had breakfast supplies. High quality, comfortable bedding and toiletries too. We would definitely recommend to other families or a couple.

    A really beautiful property, it felt like home away from home, the bed was so comfortable and it was cosy throughout. the host left a lovely welcome basket and was on hand if we needed anything, fantastic stay
