I was a bit hesitant to book at first because of the one negative review, but after staying here myself, I can confidently say that review was completely misleading. The property was very clean, tidy, and well-maintained. There was no smoke odor anywhere—everything smelled fresh and the house felt comfortable from the moment we walked in. The fridge was new and worked perfectly. We had no issues at all during our stay. The toilet was properly sealed and we didn’t notice any of the problems mentioned in the other review. The blinds were also in good condition. The host was extremely responsive and helpful throughout. Communication was excellent, and any questions we had were answered promptly. It’s a spacious and well-equipped 3-bedroom house, and I found it to be great value for the price. The location is convenient, with shops and retail parks very close by. Overall, I had a great stay and would definitely recommend this place to others. Don’t let that one bad review mislead you—it doesn’t reflect the actual quality of the property or the host.

A very well kept property in a safe part of town. Ample free parking. Superb cleanliness and a very dedicated host - you could tell how invested he is in the property. Very comfortable beds, the shared bathroom was always clean, the kitchen was clean and had everything you needed to prepare meals and store personal food items. There was even some toast and jam provided on the house. Wifi speed was excellent.
