    Incredible stay, amazing host! We were welcomed by freshly baked muffins and bread which was such a nice little touch. We were so surprised how warmly we were welcomed at the cottage, really did feel like home away from home. We were allowed to explore the grounds, feed the alpacas and use the hot tub at night which was superb. Highly recommend!

    The hosts were very friendly, the cottage was very clean, well decorated and maintained. The hot tub was ready upon our arrival and I liked the fact that it was clean and private. The views were lovely and it was nice to see all the animals. There were some lovely touches in the cottage, I won't spoil it for others but I will say they were very tasty! The location was great, close by to a local pub and Leeds Castle.

    Absolutely lovely location for a rural break. The barn cottage we stayed in was cute and beautifully furnished. The owners had baked some bread and made some muffins ready for our arrival (both very tasty) and heated the wood burning hot tub. The bed is comfortable, the shower hot, there is Wi-Fi and Netflix on the TV. We even got to feed some Alpacas before we left! 11/10 will be back ASAP.

    What an amazing place ..beautiful location..warm and cosy cottage. The extra touches were amazing...baked bread and muffins and lovely hot tub was a bonus 👌

    Everything! The cottage was cosy with everything provided. We were greeted as if we were friends visiting. In the kitchen there was fresh eggs, butter, bread, milk and tea,coffee and sugar. I loved feeding the alpacas with our host. A brilliant stay.

    Beautiful little get away! Attention to detail Is amazing! Wood fired hot tub, that was already pre lit. Beautiful countryside walks. Cottage had everything you would need, slept like a baby. Enjoyed seeing all the animals and also hand feeding an alpaca. Would highly recommend!

    The hosts were brilliant, very accommodating, helpful with discovering local gems to see and visit, The cottage we stayed was spotless, cosy and welcoming. Hot tub is a game changer but nothing will beat homemade blueberry muffins left by the host😁, one of the best places in Kent to stay and definitely to come back to. I would recommend that place to book and visit as its worth it, Amazing place to run away from busy town life.
