The house was very cosy and clean. My ideal cottage just loved it. Everything there to use. Lovely log burner, which we made use of two nights. Central to all areas we wanted to visit. Super clean and everything explained. A nice welcome pack greeted us. Can't wait to go back.

An absolutely beautiful little cottage. Every little detail has been well thought out, and the decor is fabulous. We stayed for two nights with our 9 and 15 year olds, and had plenty of space. The cottage was clean, neat and surprisingly spacious with cute and quirky details that we all loved. Lisa even left two pints of milk in the fridge, which was greatly appreciated after a 3 hour drive! We'd definitely stay again and would definitely recommend!

    Very cosy, clean, well heated and bright. Beds were very comfy. Great location, quiet but not remote. And a nice touch to leave bikes for guests to use. Perfect location for exploring east Norfolk - seeing the seals at Horsey Gap was fantastic. We took our own board games but there is well stocked cupboard of games and books if you need them.
