Ease of check in and check out despite very pleasant staff being very busy and room was comfortably warm on a cold October's night. Kettle in room was also useful. Room on ground level and car parking right outside the door which made it very easy for luggage access

    Excellent place! Beautiful house, the hot tub was great, we used it quite a bit. A short drive away from some archery in Kings Lynn for the Sunday. Very nice place, lovely views from the multiple balconies, and the kitchen is great.
