    The weekend at the cottage was fantastic. Firstly Fiona was lovely, she offered to pick me up from the station and take me there after coming from London. The house was well presented and she had left a couple of staple bits for us to start with. 3 lovely bedrooms, all with comfortable beds. Nice big lounge area. Would highly recommend

    The Cottage is owned and run by the most lovely people. Room was brilliant, with Molten Brown in the bathroom, really comfortabe bed etc. Continental breakfast was really good. Will definitely stay again.

    The property is really nice. The kids loved the mezzanine level in the living room, especially the hammock! The place had everything we needed to rest, relax and eat between trips out to explore the local area - including Battle (ie of Hastings), the seaside at Bexhill and mountain biking at Bedgebury. The fireplace made everything cosy when we returned home (a bit cold and wet!). Tessa was very helpful and communicative with us before and during our stay. All in all, a great weekend. We'll be back!

    Lovely location in the grounds of the castle and walking distance into Wadhurst with a great selection of shops pubs and coffee shops. Plenty of parking at the cottage. Surprisingly large rooms for a cottage and very comfortable beds
