Amazing stay in Georgia! We had a fantastic experience staying at this comfortable house in Georgia! From the moment we booked it, the owner was helpful and incredible! His father took us from the airport and was our tour guide. The place felt like a home away from home. We felt welcome, offering helpful tips and ensuring we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect-close to local attractions, but still quiet enough to relax in peace. The space itself was clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated with thoughtful touches throughout. The kitchen was well-equipped. As it was birthday trip, my sister organized through the owner a platter full of nice and delicious treats, balloons and gorgeous cake. The outdoor area was a highlight, offering beautiful views and a perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploring. We also felt very safe and secure during our stay. Overall, this was a great choice for our trip to Georgia, and we'd absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and convenient place to stay!

This place is perfect! It’s paradise on earth, the view is amazing, we had 100% privacy, the host was so nice and kind, very welcoming and really made an effort to take care of everything we needed! Newly built nice cottages. Private territory in front with place for BBQ, tables, hammok. Quiet and cosy. Close to the waterfall, restaurants, local market, restaurants, etc. Very friendly host. Organised us rafting and rented out ATV for a reasonable price. There is a common kitchen in front of the cottages with all necessary appliances. There is a 24/7 supermarket 5 mins away from the property.

The owner was very kind. He arranged for us to leave our car in the village and drove us to the villa in his van. The house was cozy, clean, warm and Christmas decorated. The kitchenette was equipped with everything we needed. We were able to order delicious traditional food and local wine from a small wine cellar which is next to the guest house. The terrace offers a beautiful mountain view. The host speaks only Georgian and Russian, but with the help of Google translate we had good communication. It was important for us that he welcomed us with our pet.
