Everything is awesome, people, house, location, monkeys😄. Don't expect a 5 star hotel like facility, but this is definitely an awesome place. Entire house to yourself, owner is there next door if you need anything. Fantastic location. Fully functional kitchen if you need to cook. Clean.

Great location, nice property, lots of greenery, beautiful view of sahyadri hiils. The caretakers were very friendly and looked after our needs very well. The food quality was excellent, we got fresh home cooked and tasty meals prepared by the in-house cook. Nice swimming pool & plenty of spaces to relax & chill. The house is well kept and comfortable. All rooms have air conditioning,, which was important as the weather was very hot during day time. They have generator back up for power cuts.

    Stay at Ashirwad cottage has been a pleasant experience. The rooms are extremely affordable and totally value for money. Situated near the main market of matheran everything from this place is easily accessible. The host himself is very friendly and made things viz hot water for bath and drinking available for us quite easily. Overall you can absolutely visit this place whenever you plan to visit Matheran. Couple and family friendly place.

    Loved the property! beautiful place, secluded, old world charming bungalow. The staff is outstanding. professional, very warm and welcoming. Kunda - the cook is amazing, she made really tasty home cooked food.
