Spacious apartment on the first floor of a beautiful and tastefully decorated villa. The apartment had all the amenities, including a well-equipped kitchen. The hosts welcomed us with a fresh avocado drink and ice cream upon arrival. They were very attentive and willing to help us with anything. The host even personally drove us to Kandy for free, where he recommended an excellent restaurant. They also invited us to their home several times, where they prepared a delicious breakfast for free and told us about local customs. They also prepared tea for us on several occasions on the roof terrace, which has a beautiful view of the surroundings. We spent 3 nights in the villa and it was a wonderful experience that we highly recommend to everyone.

Very peaceful, in nature and very exquisite. Sandy is great and the cook is really good. Everyone is very friendly! You will get an amazing breakfast with a great view. The room and bed were great and I can totally recommend this place! Very clean place also.

Everything was perfect! The place was clean has a very homey vibe. Host Nalin made our stay more memorable and enjoyable. He’s kind, very friendly, very polite,professional,very respectful and very thoughtful. We had the best holiday ever. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. Such a hidden gem. Our stay at No 06 Veediya Bandara Lane, Bahirawakanda, was absolutely fantastic. Mr. Farid’s (a man with a Big heart), who was exceptionally well-mannered and attentive throughout our stay, hospitality was unparalleled; he went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. The location was perfect, offering both tranquility and convenience, and the property itself was impeccably maintained. We left with nothing but positive impressions and high praise for Mr. Farid’s exceptional service. This experience truly enhanced our visit to Kandy, and we highly recommend this accommodation to anyone seeking a delightful stay in the area.

Fabulous little piece of history we stayed in an enormous room Rose. Pristine gardens, infinity pool, that was very cold, but with views to die for... The staff were lovely and very attentive. Breakfast was great we only had dinner once and it was also nice. The bungalows are up in the mountains it's a 20 mins tuk tuk drive down to Kandy. So it's good to plan day trips down and stay the whole day if you don't want to be travelling up and down. Beautiful hotel highly recommended if you don't mind paying a little extra.

This pristine two-story house is very spacious with a flight of stairs leading to the bath, bedroom and sitting area. The ceiling fan was adequate on most nights. The bedding is very clean and the bed comfortable. The large kitchen has everything you'll need to prepare meals. The location is in the town of Kundasale, a quiet, residential area, about a 20 minute drive to Kandy, depending on the traffic. There are an assortment of shops and restaurants about a 10-minute walk from the house. There are tuk tuk transport drivers available near the main road. Buddhi is the consummate host taking great care in giving excellent recommendations in Kandy and Kundasale. You'll be safe and in good hands at Liv House. I highly recommend this property.
