Perfect location for digital detox: no TV, no A/C, but the nature sounds and cooling canopy provide for better views, sounds and breeze. The swimming pool and adjacent patio are awesome for after dips and drinks. Just bear in mind to bring mosquito repellent as in all locations in this area.

Great first stop in Sri Lanka. We arrived in the middle of night and were picked up within 10 minutes. They organised a driver for the next day to Sigiriya at a reasonable price (great driver by the way).

I stayed at the property with my two kids during our brief holiday in Srilanka. The place is cozy , clean, equipped with all necessary goods and all other facilities(banks , supermarkets , shops) in close proximity . Perfect for a home stay and kids friendly too . We loved our stay at this cozy place It was near to the airport and the beach and all the facilities like restaurants, supermarket,pharmacy etc We would definitely recommend this property We had loads of requests since we were traveling with a 2 year old and a 6 year old..
