We had a great stay here. Initially, we were planning to stay at their beach location, but decided to give this one a try for two nights, and we are so glad we did. We did not have high expectations going in, but the experience truly exceeded them. The food was excellent, and the staff were incredibly kind and attentive. We had read some reviews mentioning that the staff didn’t speak much English, but we could really see how much effort they have put into improving this, they did their absolute best and communication was never a problem. The highlight was definitely the view from our room, it was absolutely breathtaking. Photos just don’t do it justice!

Casa Mãe is a well-renovated house with two rooms, one living room, one bathroom, and two balconies with amazing views. From the front balcony every morning we could see thousands of beautiful butterflies and colorful birds and from the back balcony, the view is unique to the garden, fruit trees, and plants like vanilla or black pepper. We also can see the sea and the national park. The staff is very kind and the property is always very clean. Near is the Pousadinha Mar Ave Ilha which belongs to the same owner where we can spend time reading or watching more than 100 TV channels from all over the world. The local meals were also fantastic, especially the fresh fish and the octopus. I truly recommend Casa Mãe to other guests who want to have a peaceful time. Grade 10.

The house is very nice, the host is very kind. We asked for dinner, it was very good. The house is not in the downtown, the environment is quiet. It has air conditioning, which comes very handy. The access road is a dirt-road, in a usual surrounding as any small place in SaoTome, but the garden around the house is nice. It is a good price/value ratio, any time again. The north beaches are easily acessible from here. We could park in the garden, and they also offer car rental, which is a very good idea, we unfortunately rented from another company, and we did have issues with fuel. Had we rented from here, all the hassle would have gone. So rent their car if you book with them!

Kingfisher- Principe is located in Santo António. The air-conditioned accommodation is 13 km from Zona Ecologica Principe Ecological Zone, and guests can benefit from private parking available on site...

Beautiful cabin surrounded by nature, great ocean view and a 3 minute walk from the beach. Perfect place to enjoy Principe. Also within a walking distance from the center. The host is super friendly and the house is very clean, well equiped with an airco, fridge and microwafe and brand new. In the morning you hear all kinds of birds and the place is very peaceful. We had a lovely stay at Kingfisher and would defenitely go back there.

An oasis of tranquility on the remote and super exotic Príncipe Island. Very well equipped house (kitchen, fridge, microwave, toaster etc). Stable working WiFi. Supermarkets are in reach (5 minutes by car or 30 by feet) and the beach is within walking distance. The host is super helpful and always instantly available for any questions, help or tips.

Fabulous place, right in the tropical forest. The house is spacious with cosy beds, large living room, and a superb terrace. We could watch birds all morning during breakfast. We also asked for dinner, and had the best dinners in our whole holiday here! Lucindo and Maria are very nice people, Maria makes exceptionally delicios dinners and breakfasts. This was our top best accomodation in the country. Make sure to have a good 4x4 to get around, possibly a Jimny, sormal suv-s will not cope with the roads if you want to visit the mountains. This house is in the best position to have tours in the nature.
