The cottage was very nice, clean and cosy. We arrived two hours earlier, but they kindly let us in. Place is calm, perfect to have a rest after a long trip

The lodge is very beautiful, especially the living room with the fireplace. The people are super friendly and the food is great.

The rooms were very clean, comfortable and cozy. Surrounding area was beautiful and reminded me of countryside. Staff was amazing and made you feel at home.

The cabin was pretty cozy with the lovely wood burner that kept the place super warm. The view from the porch was lovely and we enjoyed eating dinner out there. Wifi is available in the hours when electricity is on although it is across the field and you need to stand outside to use it, but was still good to have in such a remote area with no phone signal. The staff were happy to help with any queries we had.

Cosy, warm cabin in a very picturesque location, just on the edge of the national park. Quiet and peaceful. Decent cooking facilities, reasonable internet considering the remote location. Host replied to messages promptly. Friendly horses and dogs around, free parking on site. Would stay again.

excellent hotel near Torres del Paine National Park, with friendly staff, cozy and clean rooms, interesting activities offered (horse-riding, Grey glacier,...), healthy and rich breakfast and meals in general, amazing wellness area (2 sauna, heated swimming pool)... it's not cheap, but it's really worth it

We booked 4 nights at the Riverline Lodge and felt at home from the first moment. The owners are very very nice people and even with the language barrier, they made us feel welcome. We visited the lodge with our 2 year old son and they all loved him and spoiled him with extra drinks and snacks. We had dinner at the lodge a few nights, which we highly recommend! Javier was going the extra mile for us, giving us some nice tips for hiking in Torres del Paine with our son (in a backpack) and even warmed our fireplace in the room.

The location was excellent being about 3km from the Torres del Paine parks entrance. Staff was amazing - very helpful and friendly! The house was very cosy with little fireplace :)

What a gem! So glad we came here, our lodge was so cozy and was the perfect spot to do day trips in the park (Lago Grey hike, French Valley, Base Las Torres). Wish we would’ve stayed longer than just 2 nights. Carina makes super tasty dinners and breakfast. 100% recommend.
