Excellent services from all the staff of the Grosvenor House and the beachclub at le Royal Meridien. Attention to details is excellent. This is the main reason why we always choose to stay at this hotel whenever we visit Dubai. We got an upgrade at our arrival to a beautiful one bedroom apartment. Breakfast at the Sloan's is amazing, very nice staff there as well, paying attention to details, greeting us by our names without us even mentioning our room number for example, or remembering our morning coffee and tea ;) Received a birthday cake and a bottle of wine on my birthday, which made our stay even more special.
From le Royal Meridien beachclub we really have to mention Haider, Madhu and Shaurub (I hope I spelled their names correctly), who took excellent care of us during our entire stay. Even making sure that we were well taken care of when they have their days off. Wonderful people! As usual we had an amazing time during our stay.

I had an exceptional stay at Rove JBR Hotel in Dubai. The location is perfect, with easy access to all the facilities around the Marina, making it very convenient for exploring the area. The hotel itself is modern and well-maintained, offering a comfortable and pleasant atmosphere. What truly stood out was the amazing staff – they were always friendly, attentive, and eager to assist with any requests. Overall, a highly recommended hotel for anyone visiting Dubai!

We had an unforgettable experience at JW Marriott Marina. The hotel is absolutely stunning—luxurious rooms, amazing views of the marina, and excellent facilities. Everything was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully maintained.
What truly set our stay apart was the incredible service. A huge thank you to Luke and Faraz—both of them went above and beyond to make our visit special. Luke was friendly, professional, and always ready to assist. Faraz was equally impressive—attentive, thoughtful, and genuinely caring. They both made us feel truly welcomed.
Thanks to them, our stay was smooth, relaxing, and memorable. We will definitely come back and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Dubai!
