If it were possible to give an eleven, this would be the best rating for this lovely mountain inn. The hospitality that we experienced was exceptional. Our host Pavlina was warm & personable, and also as we discovered, an amazing chef. We arrived late after a long travel, tired & hungry. It seems our every need was anticipated and provided for with complete grace & charm. Pavlina served us a dinner of full of fresh ingredients and great flavors, & the little touches that you noticed on each plate revealed the soul of an artist. Pavlina served us a cheesecake of her own recipe that was so delicate & delicious, topped w/ freshly picked cherries from the garden, which is the best I've had. (Note: I grew up in lower Manhattan, perhaps the cheesecake capitol of the world.) The house itself is spacious and embodies a sense of rustic charm and luxury, and is wonderfully situated in a stunning, pristine valley populated by oak trees and riven with wild flowers. There was a fresh branch of tiny wild roses left on or bathroom shelf, which is typifies the attention to detail that the family has invested in this project. This is a highly recommended place, certainly ranking among our top traveling experiences.

We were amazed by the staff, there was nothing to big or small, from the moment we walked in until we left 3 days later they were constantly making our stay wonderful. Special mention to Martine and Dimitris, also to the reception team and coffee maker. Breakfast was excellent every day, and the spa facilities at Casaly were perfect for us. We cannot more highly recommend Canale, Casaly and Costa Costa beach club. Thank you all so much!

An unforgettable stay at Emerald Tinos – pure perfection! I recently had the pleasure of staying at Emerald Tinos, and I can’t say enough about how incredible the entire experience was. From the moment I arrived, I was blown away by the warm hospitality, breathtaking views, and thoughtful details that make this place truly exceptional. The property itself is stunning—elegantly designed with a perfect blend of Cycladic charm and modern luxury. Every corner feels curated with care, from the stylish interiors to the immaculately kept outdoor spaces. The views over the Aegean Sea are absolutely mesmerizing, especially at sunrise and sunset—it felt like a dream. My room was spacious, spotless, and beautifully decorated, with every comfort I could ask for. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the linens soft and fresh, and the amenities top-notch. I especially appreciated the peaceful atmosphere and how quiet the surroundings were—it’s the perfect place to unwind and truly relax. The service was equally outstanding. The team at Emerald Tinos went above and beyond to make sure my stay was perfect. They were attentive, kind, and full of wonderful local recommendations that made my trip even more memorable. Whether you’re looking for a romantic getaway, a peaceful retreat, or a luxurious base to explore Tinos, Emerald Tinos is everything you could hope for—and more. I left feeling refreshed, inspired, and already planning my return. 10/10 – Highly recommend!

Privacy! Privacy is a luxury and this place had it! I don’t want to spend my vacation on a crowded beach. A dream vacation is exactly this place. A private beach (which you often have entirely to yourself) with crystal clear water, comfortable lounge chairs and pool floats, a perfect umbrella, and occasional fresh refreshments and cool water supplied to you! Anthoula was absolutely the perfect host. She made excellent recommendations and proceeded to secure all of our dinner reservations. We especially enjoyed her homemade treats and talented recipes.

We liked everything because everything was more than perfect. The welcoming of the staff is so unique. It is the recommended hotel on the island. It was more than our expectations

The staff was super attentive, not looking to overcharge for everything and giving the best tips on where to eat or go for the day The rooms are clean and very large, everyday breakfast is served at your patio for no extra cost The place feels cozy and homey, we even felt bad about not being more time at the hotel during the day

Klostrá is absolutely amazing! We loved our time there and wish it was longer! The staff is incredible and always willing to help. We stayed in the junior suite with the hot tub and the view is beautiful! Everyone should definitely stay here! It’s a little bit of a walk to Oia but it’s away from all the tourist crowds so it’s perfect for a peaceful trip.

Our stay at the hotel, hosted by the amazing Akis, was truly exceptional. From the moment we received his warm welcome message and detailed directions for our drive from Corfu to Nafplio, we felt genuinely cared for. When one of us suffered a foot injury, Akis went above and beyond by arranging phone calls for a doctor and an emergency hospital visit, far exceeding our expectations with his kindness and hospitality. The rooms were excellent—clean, well-lit, and comfortable. The hotel’s location in the heart of the old town made exploring easy and convenient. Breakfast was a highlight, with freshly made-to-order dishes. The pound cake, lovingly baked by Akis's mother, was a delightful treat, and they even packed some for our journey back to Athens. Overall, our stay was impeccable, and we highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a memorable and welcoming experience.

We loved staying at Poesia! The decor, the attention to detail, lovely host who gave fantastic recommendations of places to visit and restaurants, and the great location to the airport and Argostoli. The lovely local cat was also super friendly!

Everything was perfect. The rooms are really nice, very clean with a perfect mountainside view. The breakfast was excellent, and the host was amazing, we even got a good recommendation for the local taverna. We were really sad that we were only staying for one night.

The hotel is nicely structured with a wonderful ambiance. The staff is very polite and welcoming. The room has everything you may need for a good rest. The bad is comfy, the bathroom is smartly designed and the location is couple of minutes by foot from the old city and the lake. Keep up the good work!

The wonderful seaview/cliff from the suite with infinity pool. Amazing! The pool/spa/bar area had a chic resort feel. Beautiful decor and arrangements very nice. The Staff was exceptional, Anna the front desk manager was always at my disposal as well as Marcel handles tasks for property. Wonderful massages I received as well as great service from the team at breakfast as well as the pool bar. Highly recommend if you are looking for a retreat in Mykonos.
