We were very warmly greeted at check-in and offered warm towels and water which was so nice! The food and drink was honestly outstanding which I wasn't expecting with it being an all-inclusive. One day we utilized the pasta bar at the marketplace buffet and we are still talking about how delicious it was. All of the restaurants had really really good food but our favorites were Roots Rock and Rocksteady. My husband and I especially enjoyed the smaller size of the hotel as we do not like large crowds. The vibe was super chill which we loved since we are two parents trying to escape for a break. All of the staff was very warm and friendly! Loved the small private beach area and the proximity to the airport. Had an absolutely outstanding experience here overall!

We recently filmed a series of interviews at the AC Hotel in Kingston for the Australian television show In The Driver’s Seat with Penny Lane, featuring some of Jamaica’s most iconic voices, including Cindy Breakspeare, Natalie Thompson, Clyde McKenzie, Wayne Jobson, Bugle, John Baker, Savanah Baker and more.
From start to finish, the experience at AC Hotel was faultless. The conference room we booked was beyond perfect — quiet, spacious, and with excellent acoustics and lighting, which made it ideal for both broadcast and in-depth conversation.
What truly elevated the experience was the staff. Their professionalism, warmth, and willingness to go the extra mile ensured that every detail was taken care of. Nothing was too much trouble, and their attentiveness allowed us to focus entirely on our production and our guests.
The AC Hotel in Kingston is not simply a venue, it is a partner in creating moments that matter. I cannot recommend it highly enough for anyone seeking a professional, welcoming, and world-class environment.

The staff at Ocean Cliff Hotel were so sweet, kind, professional and thoughtful. We enjoyed all of our meals, massages at the spa and time at the pool. The hotel is in excellent shape with mature landscaping.

Everything was on point. From the security guard at the front (female) to the receptionist and the guy who took our bags to the room, onward. The place is clean, refreshing and so homely. The food was amazing and the restaurant staff was superb, especially Oniel. He played dominoes with us and made us feel a sense of belonging. Definitely coming back. A very elegant place to be.
