Great mix of old and new! The workmanship done to refurbish and rebuild this old castle into a mix of old and modern is beyond perfect .Our room was big, comfy, clean, full of amenities, and thoughtfully and artfully finished. The workers were all pleasant and helpful. Food was delicious and very plentiful and a bargain that was included in our room price. . We received delicious cheese filled warm Pita and dessert in the afternoon, a sit down dinner with freshly made soup, salad with fresh herbs, stew and dessert. Breakfast had a fresh delicious buffet and then we were served delicious cooked eggs and fresh pita with cheese This is a unique hotel for someone who loves the countryside and wants to stay in a castle. The atmosphere, architecture, upper lookout patios, garden trails, water hole and museum tour were extra bonuses . The newly planted gardens was wonderful and will be a delight to see when in bloom and in years to come.

The hotel is perfectly located, just a short walk from all the essential tourist sites and with a walk distance to the tram lines, yet on a peaceful street that allows for a restful stay. A perfect breakfast room with a view on the blue mosque . The staff is very friendly and readily available to help, always showing remarkable initiative. Our room for 4 person with two badrooms and two bathrooms was very comfortable, very clean, with all the amenities we needed. Mini bar was free. I was pleasantly surprised when the staff surprised me with a birthday cake during breakfast that made my visit truly memorable. Highly recomend and always ready to return and stay again.

White House has great managment and staff working all the time to ensure the guest satisfactions.

They are very friendly and trying to help us with everything. We can stay in Selcuk only for a short time. They gave us a ride to Meryem Ana Evi and Ephesus, so we had a great time here. Also, we had fresh fruits when we check in and good breakfast here.

The location of the hotel . Very close to the view point just the step away up the little hill and you don’t have to pay to go there since they charge money to go there . The stuff , very kind and willing to do anything you need ,very caring alway checking if everything is ok . I appreciate so much how much he cared for me . The breakfast was yummy , the room was very beautiful,with amazing views of the hot air balloon in the morning. I really think Arif cave hotel is the best hotel in Goreme. I can’t wait to go back again very soon

I recently stayed at Ayazma Cave Hotel in Ürgüp, Cappadocia with my family, and had an exceptional experience. The service was outstanding, with a special mention to Hussein, who was incredibly hospitable and always eager to help. The hotel is impeccably clean and conveniently located within walking distance of central Ürgüp, where you’ll find plenty of great restaurants. The staff went above and beyond in assisting with bookings for Cappadocia’s main attractions, including regional tours and hot air balloon rides, making our stay stress-free and enjoyable. The hotel itself is aesthetically pleasing, with a cozy and welcoming ambiance. The included breakfast was fantastic—a full-service meal with accommodating staff and delicious food. We truly have no complaints about our stay. Ayazma Cave Hotel combines excellent service, comfort, and convenience. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Cappadocia!

Everything is perfect, except they need to add a few minor things to the toilet, like ear cotton, shower jel and hair conditioners.
