I have to say the owner/ manager was so wonderful. I was met with kindness and care throughout my stay.I actually left my passport in the venue without realising and he had set it aside for me, contacted me to let me know and I was able to come back and collect it without an issue. It's so refreshing to meet trustworthy, genuine and kind people. I was treated so well and was so delighted with the stay.

Hospitality- wow! Thank you very much for all the informations and for your help! The hotel looks exactly like the photos. I loved the style. Clean room, comfortable bed-it was super for a nice sleep Close to the city center and supermarkets, transportation. I really recommend this hotel and I look forward to come back again soon!

I really enjoyed my stay at Hotel Kotoni. The staff were extremely nice and helpful. The room super specious and clean. The breakfast was yummy with a lot of options to choose from. Worth every penny 😊 10/10 Will definitely go there again
