An excellent hotel in a great location for the main ski lift - just a few minutes walk. Plenty of choice at breakfast and the staff went over and above to help with anything we needed. We would definitely stay again and would recommend.

A-ROSA Kitzbühel is very nice hotel with beautiful surrounding! There is everything you need. We did bicycle trips in amazing mountains. When the weather was not OK we went to gym (the best equipment only), swimming pool and spa! It was so relaxing and just perfect. Breakfast and dinner - the best experience ever! Parking in garage is great even if hotel charges for it per night. Ski (bike) room is big and easy to access. The last day we have checked out in the morning and went for one more bike trip. We were allowed go to spa take a shower and get ready for way back. It is very nice benefit. Room and bathroom are comfortable.

%100 ski In/out spot! Just by the blue route 26a. Number "27" on the Kitzbüel ski map. Beautiful location & people, highly recommended. It is a great experience that there're lovely vivid bars on the way back to your hotel that you can have your apreSki fun and leave the party and be in your room in max 5 minutes! p.s. Spa is also superb! Snowing outside and you're in the sauna and with few steps ahead, you're outside half naked under the Austrian Alps snow and drinking your warm mint tea...

What a surprise! We stopped there in a business trip. The food was amazing. The rooms were lovely and the staff was very nice. The "blue spring" 50 meters away from the hotel is a must see.

This was a little hidden Gem a wonderful location. Great staff. We were making a one-night rest from our journey from Italy to the Czech Republic. What a nice surprise, The food was amazing. The best I had in Austria. The beds were great and the room was super comfortable. We brought our dog, we got to take her on a wonderful morning walk surrounded by the Alps. Then come back for a fantastic breakfast and great coffee. Set us on the right step for our last drive home. We may go back for a weekend, seems there are a lot of things to explore in this area.

This is a pleasant design hotel, in a beautiful part of Kitzbühel town, with high quality furniture and amenities. A good sporty-elegant clientele can be seen in the public areas. The view from the lobby outside, towards the lush green park and the mountains, is also pleasant. Gym and spa are excellent. The most outstanding quality of the hotel is the service, in particular the front door team and valet. The concierge Mr Raji is a true gem of a person. He is among the Top 3 concierges we experienced around the world, easily beating Four Seasons staff, and maybe he is the Nr. 1. Mr Raji made every extra wish possible, like arranging for a birthday surprise. Thank you for a great stay.

Very nice and spacious apt. with modern but cozy design. The SPA area, the pool and restaurant were very nice as well.

The Q! Hotel Maria Theresia is located right in the centre of Kitzbühel, only a few steps away from the Hahnenkammbahn Cable Car. WiFi access is provided free of charge.
