The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. The mattrasses were ideal with no back ache sleeping. The Hotel bar was convienient for drinks and the personal very helpfull and friendly. :)

Trendy hotel with an innovative design. Lovely views of the mountains and the natural pool is beautiful. Staff were exceptional in the restaurant, dinner and breakfast was great.

Room is a part of house directly in downtown of city, 5min walking from railway station.. Everything is close, no car needed in this area. Room was on 1st floor, no necessity to use the lift but for higher floors, the possibility to use it... Fully arranged appartement with all necessary you need for longer or shorter trips. We stayed there only one night, but we recommend it as well for longer stays , we felt there as at home..nice, cozy. Despite the building is located directly in main street of city, calm appartment with no negative echo from teh street. We had the view to the mountains close the the Lienz.

Every detail is beautifully arranged and the whole design is stylish. Staff was extremely friendly and service was best of the best. Breakfast also arranged with love and perfection. One feels the love which is going into this awesome place!

Wide variety of physical exercises - joga, stretching, fascia rolling, … led by experts in a beautiful yoga room. No-kids-in-pool time slot. Pools opened already from 7:30. Little trail-snack-pack to mix & take before hiking. Beautiful surroundings excellent for hiking of various difficulty. And every breakfast and every dinner! :-)
