The stay in this facility was great experience for all family members. Two big bedrooms for our 5 family members along with great kitchen and living room. All very clean and new. Room was really good for that price. Everything was fresh, clean. Very close to skiing, you can go by walk in 5 minutes.

Penthouse 1000 was excellent. Stunning views, very quiet and the bonus of having a lift. They offer a bread delivery service every morning. The swimming pool is small but if you’re lucky to have it to yourself it’s a good place to relax. There is also a pool table which was good.

A Casa Residenz is situated in the scenic Ötz Valley. The ski bus stops just 20 metres from the house, while Giggijochbahn Cable Car lies 500 metres away.
