Stayed in 4 different hostels during my time in Melbourne and this was the best. This was also the first hostel I stayed in (and everything else went downhill) > Spoke to 3 different receptionists during my time there and they were all SO kind and welcoming. Super helpful. I arrived at 6am and couldn’t check in yet but they let me use the facilities to shower & freshen up, and stored my luggage (all for free!) > The room and bathrooms were SO CLEAN and if you felt like they weren’t, you could get them to clean it for you before you used them. > Towels, sheets, blankets, body wash are all provided for free. > They have daily events at the hostel and the bar crawl event was one of the best I attended. I made SO MANY friends from all around the world just from the one night stay I had here. > Loads of facilities in the hostel; cinema room, lounge room, laundry, etc. (I might’ve missed some) > Bathrooms and shared but private to use (not communal bathrooms) and there are about 5 showers on each floor.

Location was great, room was clean, housekeeping was always checking in on the regular although we preferred not to avail. microwave, few plates and cutlery in the room. bath/sink was spacious + study table. it was great value for money that we were able to catch it on discounted rate.
