Thank you very much to Benjamin and Tarik for such a warm welcome! We felt like valued guests from the moment we arrived: we were warmly greeted, Benjamin helped us with parking, gave us a city map and told all about the city. We were upgraded to a triple room for free and there was a balcony with a breathtaking view of Sarajevo. The staff was very attentive and always checked if everything was alright and ready to help. The room was lovely, spacious, and impeccably clean, there was hot water 24/7 (after a long day it is important). Breakfast was a solid 10, with high-quality and tasty food. The parking was indeed secure with plenty of spaces. The hotel is located uphill (typical of Sarajevo), but it was a pleasant 20-minute walk or a quick 3-5 minute drive to the city center. Many thanks to the Villa Harmony team for the outstanding level of service; it was our first time experiencing such hospitality, and we were pleasantly surprised!

Everything in the hotel was perfect, the staff were so cooperative and helpful, especially Sarah, all our demands were met, in addition to that, we got upgraded rooms for free, and finally our car parking was free as well.

The interior design is stunning, beautifully incorporating local traditions into the decor. Access to the spa is included in the room price, which is a wonderful addition for relaxation. For those looking for extra pampering, massages are also available for an additional fee. Breakfast is diverse and offers a delightful selection of dishes, including elements of national cuisine and delicious local sweets. The staff at the reception were incredibly kind and helpful, making the check-in and check-out processes smooth and pleasant. Free parking is a big plus, especially for travelers arriving by car.

The apartment was amazing! We arrived to Sarajevo late at night and immediately felt the ambience of the area represented in the décor. The location was superb, you cannot find a better option. Everything was super clean, there were plenty of towels, blankets, even some local coffee for the mornings. The heating worked great. Big thanks to the host, who was happily replying to my late texts about the street parking options.
