Hidden gem in Rio. Amazing view. Monkeys once in a while visit and they’re very peaceful. The strength of this beautiful place is in its owners who are like uncles to you. They know everything about the city and it’s nice to learn from them and to hear about their story. While also maintaining your privacy. Breakfast is marvelous and dressed up with sense of style. This adds an extra dimension to your stay! We have never have experienced such personal care like that in a commercial stay.

We had a wonderful stay at the Novotel RJ Santos hotel. Without exception all of the staff made us feel very welcome. We don’t speak Portuguese but everyone made a great effort to either speak English to us or to understand what we wanted. We had breakfast and our evening meals at the hotel every day and both were exceptional. The food was delicious and great value for money. Our room was spotlessly clean. If we go to Rio de Janeiro again we will definitely choose to stay at this hotel.

After a personal issue with an apartment booked by some external agency, we decided to book for a bedroom at this hotel, Arena Hotel and must say thay my Copacabana's experience improved a lot because of the hotel. Great views, great service ( they really helped us out alocating us in one of the best room) and great price. Highly recommended.
