Beautiful part of Victoria, fantastic breakfast and a wonderful host. Sylvia even drove us to our bus pickup when our taxi did not show up.

Beautifully decorated Victorian house, near the parliment and everything you want to see in Victoria. Also a very comfortable bed, nice breakfast and hot tub.

Beautifully presented period house in which to stay. Also beautiful at night when lit up. A small number of rooms and lovely landscaped gardens. The themed breakfast options were very tasty as was the Afternoon Tea. The range of teas available was awesome. Would definitely stay here again, and have recommended the property to others. The location was fantastic being so central, that we could walk around town and also close to busses to venture further.

Lopcation, size of unit, loved the high ceilings which made the unit feel even more spacious, comfort and ammenities all excellent. Plenty of great cafes and restaurants nearby. Staff in Liquor store downstairs were very friendly and helpful.

Good food in the restaurant, loved Eggs Benny and fruit. Also had dinner at the hotel and the prawns were amazing. Bar staff and waitress were professional and recommended items on the menu.
