They had upgraded our room for free on arrival. However, the best thing was that I had an accident on the 2nd night and they helped call the ambulance, got a chair from their offices so that I can sit and be pushed out since there were no wheel chairs, and was willing to be helpful if needed. The staff were always helpful and professional. The room was very clean. I really liked that free coffee was available 24/7 in the lobby. The lobby was inviting. I liked the drying rack for towels in the shower. We loved the concept of an apartment hotel. We wish there were more of them.
