The bed was literally the highlight . Extremely comfy. The position of the hotel is super central. Close to caffes, restaurants, shops . The rail station just a 5 min walking. Super friendly stuff. Smooth check in. We arrived at 11:00 and they managed to give us a room earlier which was great

The hotel was very helpful to me as I was unable to be there during check in hours, they let me drop my luggage at reception early in the day and they brought it up for me themselves so it was in the room for me upon my arrival late that night

We had a very pleasant stay. Nice hotel, very good breackfast. Close to central station, close to center. We will come again when we have to stay in Essen.

Parking, right by hotel, shopping mall and entertainment centre very close by (10mins walk). Honestly, I can't fault The bonus was that the receptionist was speaking English as we do not speak German.

Great, comfy apartment with everything you would need, large bathroom with shower and separate bath. We had a small shared kitchenette with the room next door but didn’t actually use it. The location is great as there is a tram route straight into Essen train station right outside the hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We turned up early and we’re able to leave our bags and check in even though our room wasn’t quite ready. If no one is there then you just call the intercom where the host will give you a code to get your room key. We would definately stay here again

The room was a good size and the bathroom was huge. The Reception staff were very friendly and efficient. Fortunately, although no dedicated disabled parking areas, I was able to find a spot close to the entrance to the hotel.
