We had the most amazing stay experience! Hotel is very beautiful, beach is nice, especially for snorkeling and diving- amazing marine life, pools are great ( there are 4 pools, 3 for everyone (relax pool, kids pool, sliding pool) . Thanks to the whole staff- Staff is trained to make you feel very very special- amazing service! Special thanks to Mohammed at housekeeping, Chef Mohammed at the kitchen, Gamal at reception, Omar and Kerolos at the main restaurant - who made our stay fabulous. Bus drivers, especially Mohammad was very helpful. Everyone was great! Hotel is big, therefore you can take internal shuttle when travelling from one place to another, or you may simply walk. Rooms are nice and spacious. We had a room with partial sea view- loved it! Gym and gym personnel was also very nice and helpful. Food is absolutely amazing at the main restaurant, we didn’t like a la carte restaurant’s menu so much, because they were limited, However food in the main restaurant is absolutely AMAZING- Something new everyday, many options for everyone- vegan, meat, desserts, drinks. Buy all inclusive. Spa is nice, I took the massage at additional charge- amazing!
